Mimosa Royale LLC’s day-day sales and operations is handled by Jody Lynn Stafford, her husband, Nerolee Bush, and Roxanne Brown. Jody Stafford and her husband are world-renowned Doctors of Physical Therapy and duel certified in Occupational Therapist.

Dr. Jody Stafford graduated in 1998 from La Roche College, with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. While her husband graduated in 1998 from Sonoma State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Each then moved on to the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, where together they received their Master of Occupational Therapy in 2001 and Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2002, as well as Manual Therapy Certification in 2003. Post graduation, both moved to Nevada to call Las Vegas their home. Each began practicing at various clinics, while planning to open their own therapy clinic together. In August 2005, Advanced Manual Therapy Institute was established in Henderson and since opening their practice has thrived through word of mouth and contacts with physicians. At Advanced Manual Therapy Institute, their motto is “Positive Environment + Positive Attitude = Positive Results”, and they believe in individual, quality patient care.
Combining their passion for business and wine, they started the first ready-to-drink mimosa beverage in 2014. Immediately, their success was noted. Being the first company to fill in the white space of RTD wine beverages.
