Our quest to create the perfect premade Mimosa started in 2014. Everyone we talked to said it could not be done; that Mimosas are complex and too difficult to premake for the public. But we did not believe them. We searched California high and low for the best sourced white wine grapes, and after a year of searching we found our grapes in one of its finest wine counties. We combined different varieties of grapes, to create a proprietary blend wine with a perfect mix of tropical back notes and a sweet orange finish, that is both tasty and refreshing.
